Okay, new business: The Family Place & The Partners Card.

The Family Place is the largest provider of shelter, crisis counseling and intervention programs for the victims of family violence in the Dallas area. 


Of course, they need help in providing these services in our community, and it couldn't be easier to support this good cause than by purchasing a Partners Card. Available at participating retailers, restaurants, Tom Thumb and The Family Place website, 100% of your Partners Card purchase price ($60) goes directly to support programs and services at The Family Place. 

Present your Partners Card when you shop at participating stores and restaurants October 29 through November 7 and receive a 20% discount.

Save money shopping and help victims of domestic violence while you do it. Easy!!

Some examples of how buying a Partners Card helps:

ONE CARD PROVIDES

An infant diapers for three weeks.

One night of shelter for a woman and her child.

FIVE CARDS PROVIDE

Eight telephone crisis lines, 24/7 for four weeks.

A two-month DART family bus pass so women and their children have transportation.

TEN CARDS PROVIDE

Family medical supplies and prescriptions for four months.

Emergency shelter, food and counseling for two children for one week.
